Terms of sale
These terms apply to any order placed with Friperie Selma, a boutique based in Foussana (Kasserine, Tunisia).
Scope
Friperie Selma offers clothing and accessories, mainly second-hand or shipment pieces selected in France. Sales are reserved for customers contacting the boutique through official channels (Facebook page / Messenger).
Order and confirmation
Every order starts with an exchange on Messenger. An order is only confirmed after our written confirmation (availability, total price, delivery method). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability or inaccurate information.
Payment
No online payment is offered. Payment is made exclusively in cash (TND), on delivery or at in-store pickup. No amount is due before your order is confirmed.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is provided in the Foussana area and surroundings, or by pickup at the boutique. Exact details (indicative timing, location, slot) are shared upon confirmation. See the Shipping page for the covered area.
Returns and refunds
No return, exchange or refund is accepted once the order is confirmed and the item handed over (delivery or pickup). Each item is unique; by purchasing, you acknowledge the described condition and accept the sale as is.
Product condition
Our pieces come from shipments in France and are offered as authentic and matching their description. Photos and details on the site or Messenger are provided in good faith; slight differences in lighting or colour may occur. Ask for clarification before buying if in doubt.
